Workplace Managera
, która będzie odpowiedzialna za kompleksowe zarządzanie środowiskiem pracy w biurze klienta z braży nowoczesnego AGD w Krakowie. Rola ta obejmuje zarówno nadzór nad zespołem recepcji, jak i współpracę z zespołami IT, sprzątającymi, administracyjnymi oraz innymi dostawcami usług.

Zakres Obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie zespołem odpowiedzialnym za codzienne funkcjonowanie biura (koordynacja usług administracyjnych, obsługa sal konferencyjnych, zarządzanie przesyłkami, magazynem, usługą "Lost & Found").
  • Współpraca z zespołem klienta w celu zapewnienia najwyższej jakości środowiska pracy.
  • Wdrażanie podejścia "One Team" – integracja wszystkich linii usługowych na miejscu.
  • Nadzór nad szkoleniami, kompetencjami i planowaniem sukcesji w zespole.
  • Wspieranie działań związanych z BHP, zgodnością operacyjną oraz audytami.
  • Udział w spotkaniach, raportowanie oraz komunikacja z zespołem klienta.
  • Reprezentowanie dostawcy usług na miejscu – budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku i relacji.
  • Wspieranie działań związanych z przeprowadzkami, polityką "czystego biurka" oraz procedurami awaryjnymi.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu środowiskiem pracy lub usługami FM.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i współpracy z wieloma interesariuszami.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne.
  • Znajomość zasad BHP oraz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu audytów.
  • Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego w mowie i piśmie – warunek konieczny.
  • Proaktywne podejście, nastawienie na jakość i satysfakcję klienta.
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office.
