We are currently hiring an HR Manager in Krakow on behalf of a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that I'm proud to partner with here at David Kennedy Recruitment.

Position: HR Manager

Location: Krakow, Poland

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

What you'll be doing:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve organizational processes and overall business performance through observation and analysis

  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the progress of key projects and initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal company policies

  • Support cross-functional teams while managing multiple tasks, with a focus on minimizing employment-related risks

  • Offer guidance in employee relations, policy application, and general workplace best practices

What were looking for:

  • Native/fluent English speaker (C1), both written and spoken

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role

  • Background in a high-volume or fast-paced environment such as BPO, shared services, or similar

  • Proven leadership experience and strong people management skills

  • Confident using HRIS systems and recruitment tools

  • A natural mentor who enjoys building a positive and productive team environment

  • Comfortable working with data and using it to support decision-making

  • Solid understanding of employment law and experience with enterprise or collective labour agreements
