As a Support Engineer reporting to the AVP – Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless client implementations, maintaining production systems, and delivering enhancements that strengthen market integrity and compliance.

You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, detail-oriented, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for technology and finance to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients daily to support production and test environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Translate client needs into actionable solutions and contribute to product upgrades.
  • Design, develop, and maintain software components and infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize system architecture for operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong Linux expertise and experience in DevOps or programming roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java (preferred), Python, Bash or Shell.
  • Clear communicator with experience in client-facing or collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Background in finance or exposure to regulated industries.

This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
