Manager I, Support Logistics role is to provide administration support to the administration team and administer processes for Warranty and Support on Promethean's Hardware products. This role is to provide the best customer service through registration, stock management, logistics, warranty processes and general administration support.
We're looking for someone to work the second shift, from 2 PM to 10 PM (supporting the US market).
Base salary: PLN 95, ,300 + annual bonus Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the Support Logistics Administrative Assistants to minimize staff turnover and maximize delivery against objectives.
  • Manage the general administration and effectiveness of: - Administration and process management - Warranty Logistics - Warranty Stock Management - Service Providers
  • Ensure excellent customer service, constantly striving to improve response & down times for the customer.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5+ years' experience in General & Logistics administration management
  • Good clear communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong leadership, self-motivated and innovative approach
  • Experience of logistics, stock management & warehouse processes
  • Relevant administration & Logistics qualifications
  • Strong background in report generation – Cognos and Microsoft packages essential (BI tools an advantage)
  • A good knowledge of and Infor LN systems
  • Suitable qualification in Leadership Management
