We are seeking a highly capable and experienced logistics professional to join our growing team as a Logistics Process and Systems Business Analyst. This role is central to the successful integration of E80 warehouse automation with SAP EWM, going beyond the standard template provided by our shareholder. The candidate will play a strategic role in shaping internal logistics processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting future factory rollouts across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and internal logistics processes.
  • Act as a liaison between our internal teams, E80, and the shareholder's SAP EWM experts.
  • Train and mentor operational staff and key users.
  • Define and support future automation upgrades and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the SAP EWM expert from the shareholder's IT organization.
  • Support rollout and stabilization of logistics systems in future European factories. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and internal logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on logistics experience across multiple companies.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM; consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with E80 or other advanced warehouse management systems.
  • Proven ability to work without access to SAP customizing or SE16.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and operational teams.
  • Degree or certification in logistics preferred.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., SAP EWM, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Very good level of Polish.
