In this role, you will support the client Merchandising team by fulfilling data entry and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes, drafts, and manages company documents in paper and electronic files.
  • Generates, reviews, and compiles data in preparation for monthly meetings.
  • Manages various computer applications, database management, report generation, and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Maintains calendars for management by coordinating and scheduling calls, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Complies with client privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English,
  • Relevant experience required in Source-to-Pay (STP), 2+ years,
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field,
  • Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients would be an asset,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
