Entry Level Customer Advisor with German

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and adequate support to customers via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of service or device, while exploring the customers' current needs;
  • Consult customers about their contacts, plans, and bill management;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (B2/C1);
  • Very good level of English (B2);
  • Customer-related experience;
  • Availability to work at the office location in Kraków, Poland;
  • Availability to work on shifts.
