About the Client

We are looking for an experienced Ingestion Project Manager / Business Analyst, who will join a project for our client operating in a complex data ecosystem and building a modern Group Data Platform.

The work is in hybrid mode, 2-3 days from the client's office in Wroclaw.

What you will do

· Manage end-to-end data ingestion activities from multiple source systems to the Group Data Platform

· Coordinate and oversee ingestion processes including classification, lineage follow-up, and production incident management

· Act as a key point of contact for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external vendors

· Track progress and regularly report on ingestion status, risks, and dependencies using Azure DevOps

· Document data ingestion requirements such as mappings, business rules, and data flows

What we are looking for

· Proven experience as a Project Manager or Data Business Analyst in data-related projects

· Strong ability to drive, monitor, and report on data ingestion activities

· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and source-system stakeholders

· Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills

· Fluency in English and readiness to work in an international, fast-paced environment
