Our team specializes in the travel and e-commerce industry and collaborates with renowned brands like Itaka and Čedok. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Product Owner competencies to support the development and implementation of a modern CRM system in the travel industry. If you enjoy combining project management with real product ownership and tangible impact – this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Define the product vision and CRM module development roadmap
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features
  • Lead a cross-functional project team (5–10 people)
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, IT, and marketing teams
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget
  • Organize stakeholder meetings and present project progress
  • Manage project risks, change, and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, security standards)

You are the ideal candidate if you have
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 2 CRM or booking system projects
  • Have proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, managing a product backlog
  • Understand the travel industry, e-commerce, or booking systems
  • Are well-versed in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall, Prince2)
  • Are proficient in project management tools such as Jira
  • Understand CRM system architecture and integration with external systems
  • Can conduct requirements workshops, analyze and optimize business processes, and create project documentation
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Work effectively under pressure and manage priorities
Extra points
  • Experience with system integration projects and legacy systems
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (collaboration with international vendors)
  • Experience in IT project budgeting
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data security requirements in tourism
  • Ability to conduct end-user training
  • Relevant certifications: PSM I/II, PSPO, PMP, Prince2
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and REST API
  • Understanding of travel sales processes (package offers, dynamic packaging, customer service workflows)
