At Cloudflight you'll work with a talented, diverse team and have the opportunity to grow your project management skills while contributing to real solutions that impact clients' success in digital commerce.

We are currently looking for a Junior/Mid Project Manager with experience in Shopify-based projects to strengthen our growing team.

Your daily tasks will include

Support the planning and delivery of e-commerce projects based on Shopify technology.
Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) and external stakeholders to define project scope and priorities.
Translate client needs into clear requirements and maintain a well-structured backlog.
Assist in roadmap creation, milestone tracking, and day-to-day project coordination.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare status updates, and ensure smooth communication between all parties.
Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes in the e-commerce area.

What will help you succeed in this role

Some previous experience (1+ years) in project management or coordination in IT/digital projects.
Hands-on experience with Shopify projects (end-to-end implementations, migrations, or integrations).
Understanding of e-commerce processes and digital product lifecycles.
Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
Basic knowledge of Jira & Confluence.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good English skills (spoken & written).

Nice to have

Experience with other e-commerce platforms or digital commerce ecosystems.
Interest in expanding towards more senior PM responsibilities in the future.
