The Program management Team is on a mission to build and operate the world's most performant, efficient, and reliable planetary-scale platform. You will join a team of Technical program managers that lead complex technical programs that advance Akamai's Cloud Computing Technology.

Partner with the best

As a Technical Program Manager II, you'll work with our product delivery teams by aligning goals with Product Management and Engineering leadership and their teams. You will plan, communicate, execute, and deliver major programs, products, and solutions.

As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:

Managing complex technical programs that require collaboration among multiple, cross-functional groups.Developing successful partnerships with engineering, product and program stakeholders across the organization.Identifying areas for process improvement, architecting and proposing solutions and implementing the change management.

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess 5+ experience in managing projects and programmes effectively.Be extremely well-organized, motivated, and technically-oriented.Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and good ability to work individually and cross-functionally.Have the ability to influence teams and drive alignment among multiple stakeholdersHave familiarity with networking and cloud technologies, as well as ability to learn new technologies quickly.
