About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We're looking for a Vendor Specialist to take our partner delivery network for outsourced business to the next level. You'll collaborate with our global partners and internal clients to create solutions that optimise the commercial performance of each account.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving operational excellence across the global BPO network, partnering with internal clients to positively impact customer experience
  • Assuring delivery of customer satisfaction in line with quality and efficiency parameters
  • Helping to identify, build, and implement processes and standards for delivery through the global network
  • Demonstrating excellent business analytics to perform root-cause analysis
  • Preparing detailed reports and metrics
  • Managing billing operations, including projected headcount tracking, supporting service credit mechanism purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and timely invoice submission
  • Overseeing vendor roster management, including ensuring access for new joiners, coordinating transitions, supporting new team launches, and managing team closures
  • Maintaining high activity and task resolution within Jira
  • Monitoring request flow and priorities to ensure adherence to SLA targets and prevent breaches

What you'll need

  • 1+ years of vendor or client management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Fluency in English
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A great technical and analytical aptitude
  • Excellent communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets or equivalent
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in stressful situations
  • The ability to operate effectively in a service desk environment, with a focus on responsiveness and timely resolution
  • To be willing to travel internationally, when required

Nice to have

  • Experience in vendor management
  • Prior experience with contract and invoicing processes
  • Experience with AppSheet, AppScript, or Jira automation
  • Experience managing CRM workflows in Jira
