As the Security Operations and Loss Prevention Manager
,
you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations across multiple sites. Your role will be critical in mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with international security standards, and fostering a culture of safety and security within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and assessing security risks across the supply chain
  • Developing and implementing preventive strategies to mitigate loss and operational disruptions
  • Leading investigations into theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents
  • Collaborating with internal teams and law enforcement agencies as needed
  • Monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
  • Creating and delivering training sessions to increase security awareness and ensure compliance with internal security standards
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external standards such as TAPA FSR/TSR and other relevant certification schemes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, or similar domains
  • Bachelor's degree in a security-related discipline
  • Relevant certifications, such as TAPA FSR/TSR, WZ, CPP, LPQ, or similar will be an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Familiarity with security systems, incident response tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
