What we're looking forKey responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing security risks across the supply chain
- Developing and implementing preventive strategies to mitigate loss and operational disruptions
- Leading investigations into theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents
- Collaborating with internal teams and law enforcement agencies as needed
- Monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
- Creating and delivering training sessions to increase security awareness and ensure compliance with internal security standards
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external standards such as TAPA FSR/TSR and other relevant certification schemes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, or similar domains
- Bachelor's degree in a security-related discipline
- Relevant certifications (TAPA FSR/TSR, WZ, CPP, LPQ, or comparable)
- Fluent English and Polish skills
- Familiarity with security systems, incident response tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
