ABOUT THE JOB:

For our Corporate division in POZNAŃ Poland we are looking for

AR Accountant

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

  • Cash Application - customer incoming payments posting
  • Bank accounts reconciliations
  • Cash Collection – open items reporting, overdue reporting, customer dunning letters processing, contact with debtors and local finance dept.
  • Customer Master Data – customer accounts creation and update
  • Outgoing payments processing
  • Factoring processing
  • Cash needs planning
  • Credit limits processing
  • Mailbox management

Our requirements:

  • University degree in accounting / finance or related
  • Min. 1 year experience in the area of finance / SSC (preferably in account receivables area)
  • Very good English in both speaking and writing,
  • Windows environment with MS Office experience with focus on Excel.
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
  • Flexible approach to changes
  • Well-established accountability
  • Openness for collaboration, team playing
