Job Description
Your responsibilities:

  • Creation and posting documents in the area of Receivables, like manual sales invoices and credit notes, Rebates, Commissions, and controlling automated billing runs.
  • Reviewing accounting documents and reconciliation within the P2C area, resolving any issues and variances with Business stakeholders (Sales team, Logistics, Credits and Collections) or external Customers.
  • Preparing data for reporting (Dashboards, system data analytics, KPI's, control reports)
  • Driving and active participation in projects around process improvements, automations, analytics, and data reporting, often with the use of Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
  • Cooperation with colleagues from: GBS P2C teams, Strategic Partner, Business Stakeholders on daily duties and Month-End Close tasks
  • Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines within monitored activities for the Team
  • Every day contact with other ADM locations in European countries (including scheduling or participating in meetings)
  • Preparing and updating work instructions
  • Other activities within the given role in the GBS P2C Billing team.

Your profile:

  • At least 6 months of previous experience working in the accounting/finance area is a requirement
  • Experience with ERPs (SAP, JDE, VAX) within daily activities, as well as system and process enhancements
  • Knowledge of customer e-billing portals and its maintenance will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment
  • Experience in working with data analytics (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI will be an advantage) and in E2E / cross-team projects
  • Good command of English – written and oral (B2 at least)
  • An additional foreign language will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to organize your own time
  • Willingness to learn and develop
