As a Principal -Talent Sourcing you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client's company values and requirements.

Please note this is a hybrid opportunity in Kraków.

What you'll be doing:

• Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
• Proactively sourcing (identifying) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
• Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
• Managing job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
• Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
• Ensuring regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going. requirements and to share progress of activity.
• Maintaining agreed service levels and targets.
• Participating and contributing within team meetings.

What you need to have to be successful:

• Significant experience in searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods, within IT sector.
• Extensive communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in utilizing direct sourcing techniques effectively.
• Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a must
