Hello,

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for
IT Analyst (Hyperautomation).
Your Duties Will Include

  • Co-create and support the development of Hyperautomation strategies across the organization
  • Lead workshops, awareness sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels
  • Identify and act on new opportunities in the Hyperautomation and AI space
  • Plan and execute events, learning programs, and manage opportunity pipelines and use case triage
  • Create engaging marketing materials and communication plans
  • (Optional) Manage projects within the scope of Hyperautomation initiatives

Requirements That Must Be Met

  • Familiarity with at least one low-code technology within the Hyperautomation scope: GenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, OutSystems
  • Proven experience in driving initiatives, leading workshops, and liaising with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – a self-starter who can spot and act on new opportunities
  • Experience in planning and executing events, learning programs, and opportunity management processes
  • Ability to create appealing marketing materials and structured communication plans
  • Project management experience is a strong plus
  • Very good English and Polish
