Main responsibilities:

  • Manage PtP operations for assigned team on a day-to-day basis to meet the objectives and metrics
  • Ensure that quality and operational excellence objectives are fulfilled for the team
  • Ensure delivery according to customer and process requirements (SLA)
  • Ensure high level of accountancy service for Internal Clients
  • Delegating the targets to the team member through regular communication, planning and performance reviews
  • Provide operational support to team members
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication with the business to foster strong relationships. Handle client communication and manage escalations to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Monitor, interpret and report key performance indicators. Present them to internal stakeholders during monthly business review meetings.
  • Driving standardization projects in Invoice-to-Pay area
  • Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring the competence development within the team
  • Working on employees' motivation and engagement

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication skills and Leadership mindset
  • Fluent English (written and oral) required. Communicative French will be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel) and SAP as well as other accounting tools
  • Relevant experience in a Shared Services or similar environment
  • Proficiency in PtP accounting field
  • Ability to build and maintain professional business contacts
  • Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
  • Initiating and driving improvements. Experience in project management would be an asset
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, flexible and open to changes
