As we look to plan for 2026, the next year will be about further expansion for PCC Wealth, having already grown our Spanish and Swiss-based teams. We're now looking to establish an office in Poland. Our Wealth Managers are self-employed, with unrivalled support in training, sales support and an excellent CRM

We're looking for those people who are entrepreneurial, who care about their clients and who want to succeed. The job description is below - note this is a self-employed opportunity, with a revenue share offering excellent earning potential, rather than a salary.

Your Role

As a Wealth Manager, you will:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver expert advice on investments, pensions, tax planning, and other financial products.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Leverage our in-house resources and administrative support to focus on client acquisition and retention.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in financial services or wealth management.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach to client acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (such as CISI, CII, or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
