We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join us at Wavin Poland. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Your responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining effective assortment strategies in the area of installation and flushing systems (pre-wall)

• Successfully introducing the pre-wall product portfolio to the Polish market: product lifecycle analysis, launching new products, development

• Preparing and updating technical documentation, including catalogs, brochures, and user manuals

• Providing technical support to sales teams and the marketing department

• Offering active technical support to design offices, architectural studios, the sales network, installers, and contractors

• Preparing and updating technical documentation, including catalogs, brochures, and user manuals

• Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs

• Achieving planned sales and margin targets and supporting product development in the local market

Our requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a company operating in the installation and flushing systems (pre-wall) sector

• Higher technical education

• Communicative command of English

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and effective cross-department collaboration

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Creative approach to identifying and shaping new product development directions and sales strategies

• Practical knowledge of marketing principles and commercial practices

• Strong goal orientation and assertiveness

• Reliability and consistency in pursuing objectives
