Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Nadzór nad produkcją (analiza i kontrola wybranych aspektów produkcyjnych/wskaźników efektywności, zapewnienie dostępu do dokumentacji konstrukcyjno-technologicznej);
  • Optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych (optymalizacja procesów wg. kryterium bezpieczeństwa, jakości i kosztów, wykonywanie prób technologicznych, opracowywanie/aktualizowanie kart procesu technologicznego);
  • Diagnozowanie problemów produkcyjnych i jakościowych oraz czynny udział w ich rozwiązywaniu;
  • Wdrażanie nowych produktów i technologii, kalkulacja kosztów produkcji i opłacalności;
  • Tworzenie standardów dla stanowisk pracy, procesów, szkoleń oraz dokumentacji;
  • Szkolenie pracowników;
  • Wspieranie w kształtowaniu kultury bezpiecznej pracy.

Nasze wymagania

  • doświadczenie 2 lata na podobnym stanowisku;
  • wyksztalcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane przetwórstwo tworzyw sztucznych);
  • znajomość technologii przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych;
  • znajomość procesów produkcyjnych;
  • znajomość języka angielskiego (komunikacja w mowie i piśmie);
  • otwartość i komunikatywność;
  • umiejętność podejmowania decyzji;
  • zdolności analityczne.
