Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming leads efficiently and accurately
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email
- Schedule meetings for Managing Partners and provide support during client interactions
- Prepare high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
- Maintain and update CRM systems and other sales tools
- Monitor lead progress and provide regular activity and performance reports
- Conduct analyses related to leads and business development metrics
- Support Managing Partners with administrative and organizational tasks related to sales and client management
- Collaborate with internal departments to align efforts and achieve business objectives
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Support, Sales Assistant, or Business Development Assistant)
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written, minimum C1 level in both); French is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently
- High attention to detail, particularly in managing data and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
- Experience preparing professional presentations and proposals
- A professional appearance and friendly, confident demeanor — you will often be the first point of contact for clients
- A collaborative team player who is committed to achieving shared goals and supporting leadership
