Role: Finance & Administration Intern (part-time, Warsaw)

This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in finance and administration in a fast-paced international environment. You'll be working directly with our CFO and Finance Specialist, supporting both controlling and administration.

Your tasks will include:

  • Managing cost invoices (description, allocation, preparation for payments).
  • Preparing cost reports and financial inputs for cash flow & P&L.
  • Supporting month-end closing and reconciliations.
  • Helping with grant settlements and reporting.
  • Assisting in office/admin tasks (coordination, scheduling, contracts, office supply).
  • Ad hoc support for management and sales teams.

What we're looking for:

  • Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Being open-minded and culturally aware
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive mindset and motivation to develop in a dynamic, international environment
  • Very good command of English, spoken and written
  • Basic financial accounting knowledge
