We are looking for a Robotics Simulation Engineer to join the Sii Competence Center – Product Design Studio and support our client from the medical technology sector.

Our client is a global leader specializing in robotic-assisted surgery solutions and innovative healthcare devices. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art robotic-assisted surgery platform.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and analyzing models for actuated mechanisms and electromechanical systems, with a strong focus on MATLAB-based simulations. The project involves advanced robotic systems designed to enhance precision and safety in medical procedures.

*Your tasks*

  • Develop simulation models for actuated robotic systems and electro-mechanical drive trains
  • Perform kinematic and dynamic analysis to evaluate system performance
  • Work closely with the engineering team to integrate simulation models into robotic systems
  • Use simulation tools to support the design validation and verification process

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional, commercial experience in a similar role
  • Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of actuated mechanisms, kinematics, electro-mechanical drive trains, and robotic manipulation
  • Proficiency with MATLAB, ideally with the Robotic Systems Toolbox
  • Familiarity with Simulink, Simscape Multibody, or Unity for visualization and animation
  • Fluent English - both speaking and writing
  • Residing in Poland required
