About your workplace

Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.

You will be responsible for:

  • direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status;
  • timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners;
  • clarifying customer complaints;
  • checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.

What we expect:

  • B2 level of Greek language and communicative level of English;
  • relevant work experience in customer service;
  • ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
  • good communication skills;
  • good MS-Office skills and already first experience and skills in SAP (nice to have);
  • team player able to work in cross cultural team;
  • willingess to develop.
