Job Purpose and Overview

As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Finance team and you will support P&L management for our business in Poland and the Baltic region. You will provide technical analytics support to the Commercial Finance Controller, validating and checking data, preparing reports and kpi's, analysing cost and pricing information etc.

This role is based in our Poznan office and reports to the Commercial Finance Controller. We are looking for potential to grow within our organization.

What will you do as a Junior Finance Analyst at Dawn Foods

• Perform standard & ad-hoc reporting for business partners. Leveraging on-the-job learning of Dawn's business to drive favourable outcomes based on reporting generated.
• Support the Commercial Finance team in delivering strategic & operational support to the commercial team (Sales & Marketing)
• Support the Commercial Finance team during Budget session (pricing analysis preparation)
• Participate in the month-end closing process (assistance in preparing reserves for the accounting department)
• Deliver presentations supporting controlling activities (in English)
• Take part in the KPI monitoring
• Support other group projects (e.g. data migration between ERP systems, including SAP COPA data feed)

Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or 2 years of relevant work experience
• A completed internship or 1 year of professional work experience in Finance or Accounting

• Strong Excel skills and Power BI knowledge, comfortable analyzing large data sets, utilizing pivot tables & charts, creating graphs, lookups, if statements, etc.

• English and Polish is required
