About the role

Join Our Global Transfer Pricing Team as an Operational Transfer Pricing Junior Analyst

Are you ready to make a global impact with your analytical skills? As an Operational Transfer Pricing Analyst within our Global Transfer Pricing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of calculations and analyses for Haleon entities worldwide.

In this inspiring role, you will engage in exciting transfer pricing tasks, collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Your work will ensure alignment with statutory results, safeguarding our global operations and contributing to Haleon's success. You will monitor compliance, analyze intercompany transactions, and support audits, all while staying ahead of regulatory changes. Role responsibilities

• Preparation of operational transfer pricing calculations for Haleon entities,
• Monitoring and analysis of intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations,
• Account analysis and reconciliation of tax and statutory accounts in regions under OTP scope,
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and operations, to gather and analyse data relevant to transfer pricing,
• Support the preparation of transfer pricing audits,
• Participation in special projects and initiatives related to transfer pricing and financial optimization.

Why you?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Advanced Level of English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Familiarity with SAP software

Preferred

• Previous experience in transfer pricing, finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
