Cash & Securities Reconciliation Officer

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Post and reconcile entries to accounts
• Research, analyze exceptions and monitor cash and securities pending items until they are resolved
• Management of specific internal and external requests relating to pending cash or securities transactions with investors, custodian banks, paying agents, clearing houses, Management Company or accountants.
• Prepare, check, sign and send the necessary manual payments
• Perform global and basic AML checks
• Coordination of interest and compensation claims relating to cash/securities pending items
• Update monitoring documents
• With the validation of the Assistant Team Leader, report incidents to the dedicated team with a detailed description, the people involved, the impact and the necessary documents

Your skills and experience:

• University degree in Economic/Finance or equivalent
• Few years of experience in Transfer Agency/Fund Industry
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Excellent organisation skills to manage priorities, team spirit, flexibility, self reliance and initiative, client-oriented and self-discipline.
• Stress management skills
• Proficiency in English. French or German would be an asset
