People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for
Senior Jira Specialist.
Your Duties Will Include

  • Support and maintain existing on-premise Jira and Jira Service Management environments.
  • Assist in planning and executing the migration to Atlassian Cloud Services.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
  • Provide best practices and guidance for Jira administration and governance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability during and after migration.

Requirements That Must Be Met

  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Service Management (both on-premise and cloud versions).
  • Proven track record in Atlassian product administration, including configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with migration strategies from on-premise to cloud environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate effectively in small, self-managed teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Very good English and Polish
