Chief Operating Officer

Role:

You will lead the company's operational transformation, from process optimization and automation to developing the product. You'll work closely with the board and investment fund to translate strategic goals into measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the company's operational transformation, ensuring processes, structures and tools effectively support business growth.

 Build and implement key performance metrics, ensuring alignment across departments.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

Oversee strategic projects, product development initiatives and customer operations, ensuring excellence, scalability and consistent value delivery.

Shape an organizational culture built on accountability, collaboration, and engagement.

Act as a change leader who inspires, motivates, and confidently guides the team through transformation.

 Monitor financial and operational performance, focusing on EBITDA growth and cost optimization.

What will help you get the job done:

Proven experience in managing operations or transformation within a technology-driven organization.

 Combination of corporate experience (standards, processes) and hands-on leadership from scale-up, growth-oriented companies.

 Strong strategic and analytical mindset, ability to execute.

Practical understanding of process automation, KPI implementation, and organizational restructuring.

 Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving accountability.

 Business-level proficiency in English.
