We are hiring a for a fast-growing European group specializing in battery solutions, custom battery packs, and critical infrastructure energy systems. Over the last two years, the business has scaled from €8M to €12M in revenue and built a team of ~60 people across Poland, Germany, and the UK.

The company is now entering a new phase of growth - expanding into civil and commercial markets, developing OEM partnerships, and strengthening its operational and strategic foundations.

Who We're Looking For:

A hands-on
CEO
who can bring structure, clarity, and strategy to a scaling hardware business.

Someone who understands both battery technology and high-stakes environments like defense or critical infrastructure.

What You'll Lead:

  • Define the company's long-term strategy across B2B energy, custom battery solutions, and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Translate high-level vision into actionable roadmaps for production, R&D, sales, and operations.
  • Oversee and optimize the production facility in Poland; ensure efficiency, throughput, and quality at scale.
  • Strengthen the company's organizational structure, decision-making frameworks, and reporting culture.
  • Lead large-scale tender participation and entry into new European markets.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, transparency, and technical excellence.
  • Ensure smooth cross-country collaboration (Poland, Germany, UK).

Must have:

  • Deep experience
    in the battery industry / energy storage systems
  • Background working with defense, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical hardware
  • Solid understanding of production/operations - ideally managed a facility or scaled manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of European markets, compliance, certification, and regulatory environments.
  • Engineering/technical background is a plus.
