We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Service Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with Customer Service Team to prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts, as well as assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Additionally, you will provide support and coordination in commercial area. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Why do we need you?

As a Commercial Service Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of budget and forecast according to the specifications and in coordination with the Customer Service Managers.
  • Month-end closing activities (billing, accruals, etc.) inserting billing data in accounting systems/ financial portals,
  • Preparation and execution of year-end closing tasks as well as preparation of relevant information for customer service managers, team leader,
  • Supporting the Team Leader and Customer Service Managers on all commercial issues (e.g. SAP research; invoice clarifications)
  • Coordination and optimization of workflows between Contract Management, Controlling, Lufthansa Group Business Services, Sales department,
  • Handle customer queries and complaints regarding billed services and/or missing purchase orders; in consultation with Customer Service Team as necessary.

Who are you?

  • 2+ years of experience in cooperation with customer/management/production department,
  • Experience in entering billing data to SAP,
  • Familiarity with accounting systems,
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office,
  • Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing activities,
  • Strong research skills to assist with invoice clarifications and commercial issues,
  • University degree, preferably Economy/Finance or similar,
  • We are looking for a candidate who is based in the Tri-city area,
  • Willingness to work from the office,
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish (written and spoken).
