Your role
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to meet organisational needs. They collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline processes. Additionally, they oversee platform upgrades and ensure its smooth operation

• Manage the ServiceNow platform and ensure it is up-to-date and running smoothly - The ideal candidate should take interest in ServiceNow stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, HR and IT to ensure our processes contiunes to be more effienct etc.
• Develop, align & maintain platform roadmap and governance
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization - wokring closely with the platform owner and system owners, driving road maps and initiates.
• Monitor the ServiceNow platform for performance issues and take corrective action as needed.
• IT Service Management Process development
• In co-operation with IT Solution Architects and SME to evaluate and challenge requests and supplier proposals before approval, so the existing outsourcing contracts are utilized.
• Ensure coherence between Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and CMDB System Inventory, Service Request Management, Service Transition, and Knowledge Management.

Your Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including individual modules and functionality
• Experience in defining platform roadmaps, strategy, and governance models
• Ability to align stakeholders across organizational lines to a common vision
• Strong customer and stakeholder management
• Enterprise thinking and focus on performance and outcomes
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships
• Skilled in making complex decisions, managing complexity, and ensuring decision quality
• Effective communicator who drives engagement and influences peopleholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• JavaScript knowledge is considered an advantage
