Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting user and authorization management across all SAP solutions
  • Providing first and second-level support for end users via ticket system, email, or telephone
  • Executing administrative activities
  • Supporting tools within user and authorization management
  • Collaborating within international authorization projects

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Modeling, Software Engineering or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
  • Few years of professional experience in the field of roles and authorizations
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of Polish is a plus
  • Knowledge of German is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of or exposure to SAP certificates, such as ADM940 ABAP Authorization Concept, BW365 User Management and Authorizations, HR940 Authorizations in SAP HR, along with SIVIS Modules Role Manager and Identity Manager (SIAM) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
