We are recruiting for our client,
a fast-growing PropTech company on a mission to simplify the entire real estate transaction process through technology.
Using advanced data science and a powerful ML-driven valuation system, they are building a digital-first platform for the massive US market.

Their Kraków office is a key technology hub, not a support center; the team here holds full responsibility for major products (like their mobile app) and tackles complex, high-impact challenges. You'll be joining a start-up atmosphere with a flat structure, where your work will be highly visible and directly contribute to the company's success.

For this client, we are looking for:
Senior C++ Developers (familiar with Golang)

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years
    of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer
  • 4+ years
    of programming experience with at least one modern programing languages (C++, Go, Python, Ruby, Python, Java)
  • 1+ years
    of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and concurrent, low latency systems (including Kafka and ML pipelines)
  • Experience with
    Databases
    (PostgreSQL, MySql),
    DataStores
    (ElasticSearch, Redis)
  • Solid understanding of
    app performance, monitoring, and optimization
  • Experience with
    tooling
    and building pipelines on modern CI platforms is a plus
  • Experience working with
    public cloud
    providers ( AWS / GCP) is a plus
  • Solid
    Computer Science fundamentals
    , including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design
  • A
    self-starter
    mentality with an operational focus - a natural
    problem-solver
