Proxima Research is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and market access operations in Poland with a focus on promoting Proxima Cloud CRM — a cutting-edge customer relationship management platform designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry.

This strategic role is crucial for expanding the presence of Proxima Cloud CRM in the region, ensuring product availability, and driving adoption through strong stakeholder engagement and deep understanding of the local pharma landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

  • Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy aligned with company goals and focused on Proxima Cloud CRM.
  • Create and implement a territory business plan to ensure CRM platform visibility and customer adoption.
  • Serve as the primary driver for establishing and expanding relationships with key and secondary pharma accounts.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing; prepare and deliver high-impact product presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and implementation success.

Additional:

  • Identify market access barriers and propose tailored solutions to accelerate CRM adoption.
  • Lead local market access initiatives and provide market insights to support positioning strategies.
  • Educate pharma stakeholders on the unique value proposition of Proxima Cloud CRM.
  • Maintain accurate activity reports in the CRM system.
  • Participate in strategic team structure planning for 2026

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, pharma, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical CRM needs and market dynamics.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18,000.00zł - 30,000.00zł per month
