Apply now  Learn more: Please, apply until 9th of DecemberProcess Innovation and Automation ManagerThe purpose of the role:The Process Innovation & Automation Manager supports the delivery of automation and innovation initiatives across Shared Services, contributing to operational efficiency and digital transformation. The role exists to identify automation opportunities, support solution design and deployment (leveraging RPA and Gen AI), and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.Working under the guidance of the Process Innovation & Automation Lead, the Manager collaborates with process owners, operations teams, and IT to drive automation projects, promote user adoption, and build automation capabilities across the organization.Success in this position requires market knowledge and experience, excellent analytical capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and implement them.What will you do – key responsibilities:Automation Opportunity Identification & AssessmentAnalyze business processes to identify automation potential and assess feasibility in collaboration with process owners and operationsWork closely with Service Delivery Directors and their teams to identify autmoation opportunities with the highest potentialDelivery & Project CoordinationManage implementations with business operationsPlay the role of the first to go person during the implementations of autmoation projectsHelp in execution of automation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely deliverStakeholder Engagement & CollaborationWork closely with IT, developers, and business teams to translate functional requirements into automation solutions and ensure smooth implementationUpskilling & User EnablementSupport training and awareness initiatives to build automation capabilities among end users, including citizen development and Gen AI literacyPerformance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report on automation outcomes, including efficiency gains and user feedbackContribute to solution refinement and scalingWho are we looking for:High standard of university degreeHands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and familiarity with Generative AI applications in business processesSkilled in process mapping (e.g., Visio), low-code/no-code platforms, and identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiencyData-driven mindset with KPI tracking experience; strong communicator able to translate between technical and business stakeholder5–6 years in process improvement, automation, or shared services operations, with a track record of high-quality execution and delivery across multiple initiativesExperienced in engaging with WG2-level stakeholders, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating parallel initiatives with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detailAre you ready to join us?
