About the Job
As the BPA Manager, you'll drive process transformation, automation, and operational excellence across the region, leading a talented team of Business Analysts and Developers to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor Business Analysts and Developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business priorities.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Analysis & Automation

  • Analyse and redesign data-driven business processes using mapping methods (e.g., Makigami, value stream mapping).

  • Identify, prioritise, and implement automation opportunities based on ROI and scalability.

  • Oversee creation of PDDs and automation workflows, leveraging RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, and low-code tools.

Technology & Data Expertise

  • Apply strong data skills (SQL, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric) for process insights and performance tracking.

  • Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, EDI, and other systems.

  • Stay ahead of AI and machine learning applications in automation.

  • Support system architecture and technical translation of business needs.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Drive standardisation and enforce process governance across regions and functions.

  • Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment of process improvements with strategic objectives.

  • Champion change management and adoption of digital solutions.

Performance & Insights

  • Define and monitor KPIs to track process efficiency and BPA team success.

  • Stay informed on technology and market trends to enhance the BPA Centre of Excellence.

About You:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in business process management, automation, or operational excellence.

  • Strong knowledge of process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma principles, and automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms).

  • Hands-on coding and scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, VBA) to prototype and support automation solutions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and workflow automation.

  • Experience with API integration, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA, EDI, etc.).

  • Solid background in data analytics and visualisation; able to design, query, and optimise data models.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in process automation and predictive analytics.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an engineering background strongly preferred.
