Opis stanowiska

  • Automate a range of system management tasks, including: Active Directory access and Domain Controller promotions, SSL certificate lifecycle management, Server patching (Windows/Linux), VM deployments across
    Azure
    , and on-prem environments. Snapshots, tiered storage, access configuration, and server decommissioning
  • Design, build, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning and configuration (IaC) using tools like
    Terraform
    ,
    Ansible
    , etc.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts using
    Python, PowerShell, and Bash
    for bespoke automation needs
  • Build automated monitoring dashboards and alerts for performance and health checks.
  • Implement logging tools to enhance observability and ensure system reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, proposing permanent solutions.
  • Deliver expert-level support to 3rd line and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute automation strategies across service areas.
  • Automate security patching, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting.
  • Stay ahead of security threats and implement best-practice guardrails.
  • Work closely with business units and Microsoft-focused teams to align solutions with real-world needs.
  • Provide training and support to Service Desk teams in line with a shift-left support model.
  • Contribute to system upgrade planning and long-term capacity and automation strategies.

Profil kandydata

  • 5+ years
    of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Engineering
  • Proven hands-on experience in
    Infrastructure Automation
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as
    Terraform, Ansible
    , or similar
  • Proficient in
    scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
    for automation
  • Deep understanding of
    Windows Server
    environments (and some Linux)
  • Experience in
    hybrid environments
    (Cloud + On-Prem) - particularly
    Azure and AWS
  • Solid grasp of modern monitoring, logging, and performance tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills
