Events & Marketing Specialist
to join our office in Warsaw.

The Role

You will work closely with senior management and the wider team to:

  • Take a major role in the planning and logistics of events such as:

Asset Recovery CEE

Warsaw Disputes Days

Integrity CEE (upcoming)

Second Thursdays

  • Manage Bearstone's digital presence, including LinkedIn and the websites of our events.
  • Leverage digital marketing analytics to assess performance, inform strategy, and support business growth through creative input on events, effective sales funnel management, and CRM optimisation.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications around conferences and business development initiatives.
  • Help us build and maintain strong relationships within our growing community across the legal, finance, and investigations sectors.
  • Produce high-quality English-language marketing content, including posts, emails, and promotional materials.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills.
  • Full professional English and Polish proficiency – written and spoken.
  • Experience in professional services marketing and event management.
