Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a visionary and determined API Product Manager who is passionate about creating robust and scalable technological solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to bridge the gap between business needs and technical architecture.

The role & the team:

The API Platform team is responsible for developing and implementing the API strategy for the key platform, driving integration, automation, and cooperation with enterprise clients. Our core goal is to deliver modern interfaces that support the digitalization of logistics processes, working closely with PMs, architects, and enterprise clients. We collaborate daily with technology, architecture, security, and presales teams to build a unified and secure interface.

What will you do:
  • Define the API strategy and roadmap in accordance with the OpenAPI 3.x standard.
  • Gather business and technical requirements for API integration, working with PMs, architects, and enterprise clients.
  • Support the sales (presales) teams in discussions with enterprise clients regarding system integration.
  • Design and develop the Developer Portal, with an emphasis on UX, test interfaces, and use case examples.
  • Maintain documentation and implement API governance (naming, versioning, contracts, dictionaries).
  • Analyze API usage metrics, performance, and SLA, making data-driven decisions and preparing the API for integration with AI and LLM agents.
Required skills:
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in the area of API, integration, or technological platforms.
  • Experience working with sales teams and enterprise clients.
  • Language:
  • Polish
  • Proficient English (min. B2/C1)
  • Tool Pro:
  • Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, gRPC, or event-driven API and OpenAPI/Swagger tools.
  • Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in SaaS, data-driven, or TSL sector companies.
  • Knowledge of AI trends / process automation / API as a product.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, security standards (OAuth2, JWT), and API versioning.
  • PSPO / PMP / AgilePM certifications.
