Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Settlement Specialist to join our team at Samsung SDS in Poznań. As part of a global leader in digital logistics solutions, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth settlement processes, supporting our customers and service providers, and helping to drive operational excellence within the logistics field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day cooperation with service providers and customers
  • Executing settlement processes (AR/AP) in our Cello system
  • Monitoring and controlling timely delivery performance
  • Investigating and resolving settlement or payment discrepancies
  • Verifying payments, analyzing data, and comparing tariffs to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transport (preferred)
  • Very good command o
    f
    English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in a similar role in logistics, transport, or finance-related processes will be a strong asset
  • Understanding of logistics operations, especially sea and road transport
  • Strong Excel skills (shortcuts, formulas, macros)
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality
  • A proactive attitude, customer focus, and drive for results
