We're building the next-generation indoor golf simulator web/mobile platform at Five Iron Golf, used by hundreds of thousands of players worldwide
. The platform powers immersive, data-driven golf challenges, live competitions, and interactive social gameplay — all from modern indoor golf venues that blend tech, sport, and bar-style hospitality.

We're now hiring a
Manual + Automation QA Specialist
to own testing, quality, and release readiness across our apps.

$3–6 K/month · B2B · Long-term

You'll be the key person ensuring our releases meet spec, are stable, and have a growing automation safety net. Manual QA will be your core focus, with automation built up over time —
mobile testing first, web second.


Who You Are

  • You've tested real web/mobile products (manual + automation).
  • You're detail-obsessed and spot edge cases others miss.
  • You've worked in a small product team or startup where you had to own QA end-to-end.
  • You can prioritize: manual coverage now, automation framework in downtime.
  • You communicate clearly, document well, and don't need micromanagement.


What You'll Own

  • Manual regression and exploratory testing on web + mobile.
  • Writing/maintaining test cases and release checklists.
  • Staging sign-off: you say when a feature is ready.
  • Automation coverage with focus on
    mobile-first.
  • Detox or Appium or Maestro for mobile.
  • Cypress or Playwright for web.
  • Reporting and tracking bugs with clear repro steps.
  • Working closely with designers, PMs, and devs to ensure quality is baked in.


Requirements

  • 3–6 years in QA (manual + some automation).
  • Strong mobile testing background (Detox, Appium, Maestro).
  • Solid hands-on with at least one automation framework; Cypress experience welcome but not mandatory.
  • Experience testing React/React Native apps is a plus.
  • Strong English communication.
  • Based in or near EU timezones (Poland preferred).
  • Two in-person team meetings per year in Krakow or another EU city.


Bonus

  • You've been the only QA in a product team before.
  • CI/CD integration experience for automation.
  • Can start fast and work async.
