Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Infrastructure Architect
to design and implement a cutting-edge, AI-driven investment platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a transformative initiative that leverages advanced cloud infrastructure, automation, and innovative technologies to redefine the investment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools on AWS with technologies such as EKS and Docker, optimized for AI-driven analytics
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Terraform to automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure components
• Configure and optimize infrastructure to support AI accelerator workloads, ensuring high availability, reliability, and low latency
• Design and implement security protocols and compliance measures, including data encryption and access control, to meet industry standards and regulations
• Establish advanced infrastructure monitoring tools and processes to ensure continuous system health and rapid issue resolution
• Partner with development, operations, and business teams to align infrastructure designs with organizational and technical goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure systems and operational efficiency
• Execute threat modeling and develop response strategies using frameworks like McCumber Cube for enhanced infrastructure security
• Manage Blue-Green deployments and Canary releases to ensure smooth infrastructure updates with minimal service disruption

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• 4+ years of experience as an Architect
• Experience in building and operating core services platforms
• Proficiency in AWS and IaC tools like Terraform, with a track record of creating scalable and secure cloud environments
• Skills in configuring infrastructure to support AI-native workloads, AI-driven analytics, and related accelerator use cases
• Background in automating infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and CI/CD processes using modern tools and frameworks
• Understanding of security protocols, threat modeling, data encryption, access controls, and compliance regulations
• Proven ability to optimize infrastructure for high availability and low-latency workloads
• Familiarity with AI-native and AI-assisted engineering practices, incorporating workflows and MCP tools like Copilot or Windsurf
• Competency in AI/ML-assisted operations tools such as Dynatrace Davis or Darktrace
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team alignment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

• Showcase of expertise in integrating AI tools into daily infrastructure workflows to improve performance and efficiency
• Familiarity with designing workflows and MCPs in AI-enabled environments
