Senior Communications Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Communication & PR Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy and international PR strategy for PURO and its sub-brands, including activities in new markets aligned with brand guidelines and overall brand strategy. 
• Media Relations in Poland: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media across business, lifestyle, travel, culinary, and industry segments, while preparing and distributing press materials and organizing press trips, interviews, and other media events.
• Brand Communication & Visual Identity: Oversee all online and offline brand communication, including website content, OTA presence, and brand image, ensuring a consistent visual identity across photoshoots, presentations, and marketing materials. Develop and review copywriting for press materials, social media, and internal and external communications.
• Crisis Communication: Respond to sensitive situations - including Guest safety, operational issues, incidents, or reputational risks - while preparing crisis statements and supporting hotel GMs with communication guidance.
• PR for New Hotel Openings (Pre-Opening & Opening): Prepare and execute launch communication plans, including investment announcements, pre-opening, and opening activities, while co-creating awareness campaigns for new hotels entering foreign markets.
• Employer Branding & Internal Communications support: Provide Employer Branding and Internal Communications support for HR by assisting with recruitment communication, culture storytelling, internal reputation, and developing and managing internal communication.
• Digital PR / Influencer Marketing: Plan and execute collaborations with influencers and journalists while managing and developing brand social media channels.
• Special Events Management: Plan and manage high-profile events, including hotel openings, by coordinating logistics, communication, and media coverage.

Our requirements:

• Education & background - you've got a degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, Journalism or Media Studies.
• PR & communication experience - you know how to create and run PR and communication strategies for lifestyle or hospitality brands.
• Global mindset - you have an ability to lead PR activities across multiple markets while staying true to the brand guidelines.
• Media-savvy - you have solid contacts with journalists and influencers in lifestyle, travel, food and business.
• Press whisperer - you can prepare press materials, handle media inquiries and build lasting relationships with journalists.
• Agency-friendly - you've worked with PR agencies abroad and can adapt messages for local audiences.
• Opening & pre-opening experience - experience in hotel openings or lifestyle project launches is a big plus.
• Brand communication expertise - you understand tone of voice, visual identity and how to keep the brand consistent everywhere.
• Content creation experience - you're confident working on photoshoots, marketing assets and digital content, bringing ideas to life.
• Copywriting skills - you have excellent writing and editing skills in both Polish and English.
• Event PR coordination - you know how to organize, coordinate and make sure our brand and F&B events get the media attention they deserve.
• Having previous experience from the design, fashion or hospitality industry, would be an advantage.
