Position Purpose: The Intelligent Automation Developer will deliver innovative, scalable solutions that align with business objectives. This position drives the development of intelligent automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and bridge technical capabilities with enterprise needs.

• RPA Development (UiPath)
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
  • Maintain and enhance existing bots to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
• Workflow Automation (BPM Tools)
  • Assist in the development and configuration of business process workflows using BPM tools (Experience with Nintex K2 preferred).
  • Support the integration of BPM workflows with other enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Participate in process modeling, optimization, and documentation efforts.
• Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with senior developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.
  • Provide support for deployed automations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Documentation & Testing
  • Document solution designs, configurations, and user guides.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans to ensure quality and compliance with business requirements.
• Continuous Learning
  • Stay up to date with UiPath and BPM platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to grow technical skills.

To land this role you will need:

• Technical Proficiency
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
  • 2–3 years of experience in software development or automation, with at least 1 year in RPA or BPM.
  • Exposure to BPM tools such as K2, Appian, Nintex, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of RPA lifecycle, exception handling, and logging practices.
• Programming & Scripting
  • Basic knowledge of VB.NET, C#, or Python for scripting within RPA solutions.
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and XML for system integrations.

Education / Certification Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Hybrid – (4 days in office per week)
