As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. Our mission is to enable DNV to grow, succeed with its business goals and improve competitiveness. Customer experience is at the core of everything we do. GSS is responsible for many of the tools, processes and daily routines that create the backbone of DNV.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Banking Operations Team.
Key Tasks

  • Execute and monitor manual payments
  • Cooperate with various banks
  • Analyze and resolve payment issues
  • Support liquidity reporting
  • Support and act as backup for other members in daily tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide support in areas of compliance, regulations and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing projects, initiatives and ad-hoc tasks/improvements
  • Cooperate with other teams and build relationships with other stakeholders
  • Assist Team Coordinator and Team Leader in more complex tasks/cases

About You
Characteristics of a Successful Employee:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Cash Management/Treasury Operations
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work in a team
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
  • Steady focus, innovative approach, exceptional service, and execution
  • Excellent English skills required, written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and organize priorities
  • Show 'can do' attitude with no hesitation
