Zakres Obowiązków

  • Kompleksowa obsługa klienta – od złożenia zamówienia po rozliczenia i ewentualne korekty,
  • Bieżący kontakt z klientami (mailowy i telefoniczny),
  • Współpraca z innymi działami firmy,
  • Praca w systemach SAP oraz MS Office.

Oczekiwania

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (C1) – swobodna komunikacja w mowie i piśmie,
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta,
  • Komunikatywność, otwartość i elastyczność,
  • Umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym, zmieniającym się środowisku,
  • Gotowość do szybkiego rozpoczęcia pracy,
  • Gotowość do pracy również w święta państwowe (z wyjątkiem 1 stycznia i 25 grudnia).
