Tasks and Qualifications:Your Responsibility: 

  • IC Reconciliation

  • IC Accruals

  • Netting (In/Outside TM5)

  • Month-end activities

  • KPI Reporting

  • Collaborating with accounting teams from other branches of the company

  • Updating procedures

  • Preparing and leading calls with entities

  • Supporting Team Leader in a daily operations, preparing ad hoc reports and analysis

  • Participating in joint, multinational projects and initiatives according to the current needs

Your Skills and Expertise: 

  • Experience in handling accounting processes (AP, AR or GL)

  • Very good knowledge and understanding of E2E Intercompany process

  • Effectively communicate in business English (min. B2)

  • Knowledge of any other European language will be an asset

  • Good understanding of, and experience in process improvement

  • Ability to adapt and learn fast, remain focused in changing environment, multitask, prioritize and work to key deadlines
